FINANCING REQUIREMENTS:
These five (5) items below are required at or before signing:
- A Valid Photo Identification, Drivers License or Passport [from other countries as well]
- At least One (1) Document Showing Proof of Income. Acceptable documents include:
- Most Recent Computerized Paycheck Stub with or without YTD.
- Three Months of Bank Statements.
- a Job Letter.
- SSI statement/Award Letter.
- Child Support Statement.
- At least One (1) Document Showing Proof of Residence. Acceptable documents include:
- Current Driver's License or Identification Showing Current Address.
- Utility, Doctor or Hospital Bill, Credit Card or Checking Account Statement.
- Other Bill dated within 30 days.
- Six references with Name, Address, Phone.
- Full Coverage Insurance on the Auto you're buying.
